Nuts and Legumes Co. is an importer, processor, and packager in the food industry, dealing in the supply of all kinds of dry fruits, nuts, spices, and pulses. We deliver the highest quality to our buyers; our products are processed in a hygienic environment and packed using sophisticated machinery. We are the only company from Pakistan to receive a global quality assurance award. MM Peanuts by Nuts and Legumes Co. is one of the largest peanut processors in Pakistan, partnering with numerous multinational food industries.
We offer whole and crushed peanuts (customized to buyer specifications for size and piece count) for use in biscuits and ice cream, available in both Fried and Dry Roasted forms.
Fried Peanuts We use 100% double-refined oil for frying and select only the highest quality raw peanuts. These are fried for the optimal length of time and at the precise temperature to ensure superior taste and texture.
Dry Roasted Peanuts Dry roasting is a process where heat is applied to raw peanuts without the use of oil or water, preserving their natural flavor.
Shelf Life
- Fried Peanuts: 3–4 months at room temperature.
- Dry Roasted Peanuts: Typically last 12 months or longer.
- Raw Peanuts: Will last up to a year in a sealed container.
